  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID / AWB number
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp

Orders are generally shipped via trusted courier partners through Shiprocket.

5. Delays in Shipping

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Logistics/courier issues
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

Calmenzo shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept order

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost / Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/expected delivery date.

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos (if damaged)
  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Calmenzo ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
