1. No Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all Calmenzo products are non-returnable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not meeting personal expectations
  • Opened or used products
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Incorrect usage or failure to follow instructions

2. No Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Delay in experiencing results
  • Product not working as expected
  • Taste/smell preferences
  • Personal dislike after purchase

As Calmenzo products are wellness-based and results may vary from person to person.

3. Replacement Eligibility

We only provide a replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item(s) in the package
  • Product received in damaged or leaking condition

4. Claim Process

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Mandatory unboxing video as proof

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

5. Approval & Resolution

Once verified, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • Store credit, at our sole discretion

Refunds to the original payment method will only be considered in rare and exceptional cases.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
